A unique story, Awesome Hawaiian is a Louisiana bred thoroughbred that found himself in unfortunate circumstances after being dumped at a feedlot for unwanted and ownerless horses at just 1year old. He was alongside 2 other yearlings that Resolute decided to lend a helping hand to by bringing them to the farm for a safe haven ad for recovery. We nicknamed them Ed, Ed, & Eddy respectively. After some time to relax all three horses were vetted and we have moved forward with two of them, Awesome Hawaiian and Onyx Storm, to enter into racehorse training like they were meant to be! The other boy has been moved up to our trail horse barn to begin learning how to be a riding horse. We look forward to watch Awesome Hawaiian grow and one day make it to the races.
